Faran
With educated and performing experience of multiple instruments including the Violin, Piano, Tonbak (Zarb), Kamanche, Santur and setar, Faran started playing the violin at the age of 5 and has been performing live for over 17 years. Under supervision of Master Asadollah malek he learned Iranian Music Theory (Dastgah) consisting of the twelve principal musical model systems. Through this knowledge and experience as an artist, faran has been able to successfuly compose, arrange & record his own music.
Though considered only a part of his musical abilities, Faran has been Performing as a DJ Since 2001 at many known venues in Las Vegas and other locations across the country. His skillful knowledge of theoretical music along with his familiarity with popular world music has allowed him to excite crowds from all around the world on the dance floor. To keep vanity in his set, Faran also incorporates a live performance on the Electric Violin along with the music that he plays. This style of performance has notebly distinguished him from other DJ's in the world.
